New Life Volunteering Society (NLVS) serves a dual purpose: providing the local community with free health services via the Devon Clinic and providing Loyola undergraduate students with opportunities to serve the community. NLVS also works with the Chicago Youth Program (CYP) to mentor inner-city youth that do not have access to social services due to location, poverty, or availability.

"Chinatown Clinic (CTC) provides free primary medical care to an underserved, mainly immigrant population. The clinic is the sole provider of healthcare for most of the patients and has served over 2000 people since its inception. In the spring, CTC also organizes its annual comprehensive health fair, bringing together students, translators, and physicians to serve more than 300 patients in one day.
